From operational state to decision-grade outcome.
Most estates already have the data. The difficult part is understanding what all of it means together. CIDE-OS takes the combined operational state and turns it into something the person responsible can act on.
STATE → CONSEQUENCE → DECISION → HORIZON

Estate is in cascade. Autoclave throughput at risk from 16:00. Afternoon theatre list affected if the cascade is not cleared.
The difficult part happens after the data arrives.
Someone still has to understand what everything means together and decide what to do.
CIDE-OS is the layer after integration. The connected estate can now tell the person in charge where it stands, what the consequence is and what needs deciding.
Five separate signals. One decision.

See what happens when the estate changes.
The same estate, two states. Inject a fault and the outcome on the wall rewrites itself — posture, horizon, consequence and action all change together.
Estate is nominal. Steam header stable, both lead boilers available, generators tested. No capability at risk in the next 12 hours. Theatre and sterile services unaffected. Recommended action: none, continue routine rounds. Review at 18:00.

Estate is in cascade. Trade steam pressure dropping; both lead boilers unavailable. Autoclave throughput at risk from 16:00. Afternoon theatre list affected if the cascade is not cleared. Recommended action: dispatch an engineer to clear Boiler 1 from in hand, brief the theatre coordinator now. Review at 14:30.
Where does this become relevant?
An estate accumulates its systems, not designs them.
Controls, alarms, meters and registers arrive over decades, each procured for its own purpose. The information is all there and still fragmented, so the interpretation lands on whoever is on shift.
When that interpretation is late, the consequence is operational: a list moved, a ward warm, a decontamination run lost. CIDE-OS turns that combined operational state into a consequence and a decision.

Every reading can be traced to where it came from.
CIDE-OS reads the estate. It cannot control plant.
Operational logic agreed zone by zone with the estate team.
Several individually acceptable conditions can combine into a meaningful estate posture.
The estate is also affected by what happens outside it.
